Overview
Cargo Securement Regulations are under the Highway Traffic Act and must be followed by all vehicles operating on public roadways in Newfoundland and Labrador. The regulations are broken down into three parts and two schedules.
Part I — General Performance Criteria
The following is a summary of the different sections under Part I of the Cargo Securement Regulations. These sections focus on performance criteria and cargo securement devices.
