Project Description:

The Proponent is proposing to construct a two-kilometre ATV trail to access a remote cottage lot located at Crooked Pond, near the town of Blaketown. Trail development would include vegetation clearing and the construction of two bridges. Work would involve the use of ATVs, chainsaws, and hand tools.

• November 8, 2024 – The undertaking was registered.
• December 13, 2024 – Deadline for public comments.
• December 23, 2024 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• December 18, 2024 – The Minister determined the Project is released.
• December 4, 2025 – The Minister has accepted the Environmental Protection Plan.
