Project Description:
The proponent is proposing to ford four stream locations, including one scheduled salmon river, Garia River, during a winter mineral exploration drilling program on its Bunker Hill Project area in Western Newfoundland. Fording would be conducted to transport personnel daily and drilling equipment will be tracked in/out once only during frozen conditions.
- December 20, 2024 – The undertaking was registered.
- January 24, 2025 – Deadline for public comments.
- February 3, 2025 – The Minister’s decision is due.
- January 29, 2025 – The Minister determined the project is released.
