Project Description:

The proponent plans to develop cottages on 11 hectares. The proposed undertaking is located directly off Route 460, four kilometers from the Town of Cape St. George at Garden Hill on the Port au Port Peninsula . Development will include land clearing, road preparation, digging of water lines and septic systems, and cottage construction.

• April 8, 2008 – The undertaking was registered.
• May 13, 2008 – Public comments are due.
• May 23, 2008 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• April 24, 2009 – The Minister releases the undertaking.
