Project Description:

The proponent intends to construct and develop a snowmobile trail originating in the community of Humber Village, east of the City of Corner Brook. The proposed trail will be approximately 3 kilometres in length and will connect Humber Village with the existing forest access road networks north of the community and thence to the groomed trails managed by the Newfoundland and Labrador Snowmobile Federation. Development is scheduled to start in early September, 2010, with completion by the end of November,2010.

• July 13, 2010 – The undertaking was registered.
• August 18, 2010 – Public comments are due.
• August 27, 2010 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• October 13, 2010 – The undertaking was released.
