Project Description:

The proponent is proposing to establish and operate a 12 hectolitre capacity microbrewery at 312 Church Street in the Town of Burin, Burin Peninsula. The beer produced will be made from all natural ingredients (water, yeast, grain and hops) and will have no added preservatives or pasteurization. The microbrewery will be located in an existing building attached to a restaurant and bar and will be operational year round, with peak activity during May through October.

• August 15, 2017 – The undertaking was registered.
• September 26, 2017 – Deadline for public comments.
• September 29, 2017 – The Minister’s Decision is due.
• October 3, 2017 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
