Project Description:

The proponent wishes to construct and operate a one-kilometre access road from Bay d’Espoir Highway (Route 360) at Bay d’Espoir Hill west to a cottage lot near an unnamed pond. The proposed access road will have a five-metre wide driving surface and will be located 50 metres from the nearest wetland.

• November 7, 2019 – The undertaking was registered.
• December 12, 2019 – Deadline for public comments.
• December 22, 2019 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• January 27, 2020 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
