Project Description:
The proponent is proposing to construct a residential dwelling at 183-185 Marble Drive in the Town of Steady Brook. The proposed dwelling will be on a lot adjacent to the Humber River, a scheduled salmon river. Development will consist of land clearing and leveling, construction of a two-story house and auxiliary building, installation of a sewer system, and landscaping of property.

- February 10, 2023 – Deadline for public comments.
- February 19, 2023 – The Minister’s decision is due.
- February 22, 2023 – The Minister determined the project is released.
