Project Description:

The Proponent is proposing to extend the Fox Pond ATV trail 3.5 km to the Freshwater ATV trail, connecting the two trails. The purpose of connecting the two trails is to provide easier access to an existing hunting cabin located at Fox Pond on the southern Avalon of the province. The trail will be marked with wooden pegs.

• May 3, 2024 – The undertaking was registered.
• June 7, 2024 – Deadline for public comments.
• June 17, 2024 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• June 12, 2024 – The Minister determined that the Project is released.
• December 11, 2024 – Environmental Protection Plan accepted
