Project Description:
The Proponent is proposing to develop residential and commercial subdivisions on two land parcels of approximately 150 hectares located on Glide Lake Road in the Town of Deer Lake. The development would include residential and commercial light industrial lots including recreational facilities, transportation hubs and medical services. A phased construction approach is scheduled to begin upon receiving all required permits and approvals.
- October 23, 2024 – The undertaking was registered.
- November 29, 2024 – Deadline for public comments
- December 7, 2024 – The Minister’s decision is due.
- December 5, 2024 – The Minister determined that the Project is released.
