Project Description:

The proponent plans to construct a single dwelling on a 1.5-hectare residential lot at 389 Marble Drive in the community of Little Rapids. The undertaking is adjacent to the Humber River, a scheduled salmon river. Construction would include the installation of a well and septic system and a new driveway and landscaping.

• June 16, 2025 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• June 12, 2025 – The Minister determined the project is released.
