Project Description:

The proponent is proposing to develop and operate a 20.2-hectare RV Park in the town of Pasadena, along Deer Lake. Construction would include 105 RV sites with water and electrical hookups, four cottages, and the installation of a water and sewage system.

• August 29, 2025 – The undertaking was registered.
• October 3, 2025 – Deadline for public comments.
• October 13, 2025 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• September 25, 2025 – The project has been withdrawn.
