Project Description: The proponent is proposing to reconstruct a remote cottage for recreational purposes along Indian Brook, approximately 8 kilometres east of Sheppardville, off the Trans-Canada Highway. The proposed project would involve selective land clearing for the construction of the cottage and use of the existing driveway.

• November 28, 2025 – The undertaking was registered.
• January 2, 2026 – Deadline for public comments.
• January 12, 2026 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• January 15, 2026 – The Minister determined that the project is released.
