Cindy Parsons is an Administrative Assistant with the Collective Bargaining Division of Treasury Board Secretariat.

With more than three decades of public service, Cindy’s work impacts both internal and external stakeholders and is far reaching throughout the entire public service. She is integral to the collective bargaining process and her work supports the implementation of all 31 collective agreements that fall under the responsibility of Treasury Board. These agreements affect more than 37,000 public sector employees.

Cindy has a calm and level-headed approach with all staff, which is unwavering even in very high pressure and stressful circumstances. She is honest and kind, and displays a genuine concern for the well-being of all staff in the division.

Through demonstrating her work ethic and exemplary administrative support, Cindy has established herself as a trustworthy and reliable employee. In turn, this enables Cindy’s colleagues, as well as external stakeholders, to have confidence in the work that she produces.

Cindy’s steadfast reliability, commitment to the work of the public service, and her willingness to go above and beyond when it is needed the most, has not gone unnoticed by those who work alongside her.
