Onboarding

The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador is an exciting place to work and offers numerous opportunities to grow and develop future careers. Whether you are a full-time, part-time, contractual, or student employee, orientation for new employees begins with onboarding.

The Onboarding Program provides eLearning courses and other resources covering a broad spectrum of topics, including payroll, employee benefits, occupational health and safety, and so much more.

To register and complete the onboarding courses, go to government’s learning management system, PSAccess.  If you do not have a PSAccess account, click on the “First Time User” link and follow the directions provided.
