Responsibilities

The mandate of the Production and Market Development Division is to support the development of primary and secondary products of animal and plant based industries. The division specializes in professional extension support through the deliverance of training; conducts applied field and scientific research; evaluates, recommends and implements new opportunities for primary and secondary agrifoods products; and develops new markets and products.
