The Cost of Production project collects data from participating producers to generate commodity reports specific to Newfoundland and Labrador. Reports are compiled and distributed to participating farmers, while industry summary reports are developed and available on request. Cost of Production reports can be a useful tool for producers in managing costs, and providing industry benchmarks to producers.
Prospective producers can use industry Cost of Production reports and Business Profiles to assess business opportunities in the agrifoods industry.
