I have used the study methods recommended for the three types of questions that may be on the exam (Level 1 – Knowledge/Recall; Level 2 – Mathematical/Procedural; Level 3 ‐ Problem Solving/Critical Thinking). I understand that once the SSP Completion Agreement form has been submitted and reviewed within a reasonable time frame, I will be notified of approval by email, and emailed instructions of how to register for the exam.
