Elevating Device Certificate Renewal

Where an owner wants to renew a certificate for an elevating device, the owner shall submit a written request for renewal to the chief inspector in the form set by the chief inspector.

Requirements

  • Completed and signed elevating device certificate renewal application
  • Condition report
  • Proof that a licenced maintenance provider has been engaged
  • Proof of certificate fee payment
