Contractor Licencing

An elevating device contractor’s licence may be issued to an applicant seeking to construct, install, alter, repair, maintain, service, or test elevating devices.

An inspection contractor’s licence may be issued to an applicant seeking to inspect amusement rides or elevating devices.

Requirements

  1. Completed and signed Elevating Devices Contractor Licence Application or Inspection Contractor Licence Application
  2. Proof of training and certification

Fees

  • There is no fee for the initial licence or renewal.
