Elevating Device Mechanic Certification

The chief inspector may not authorize a person to inspect amusement rides or elevating devices unless the person is a certified inspector in relation to that amusement ride or elevating device.

Requirements

  • Completed and signed inspector certificate application
  • Proof of training and certification

Fees

  • There is no fee for issuing or renewal of an inspector certificate.
