Amusement Ride and Elevating Device Registration

A registration number may be issued to a person or firm seeking to install or make alterations to an amusement ride or an elevating device.

Requirements

  1. To be prepared and submitted in duplicate.
  2. Completed copies of the applicable specification sheet.
  3. Duplicate drawings of the elevating device or amusement ride and hoistway design if applicable. Engineering drawings must be signed and sealed by a professional engineer.
  4. Two copies of design drawings bearing the signature and professional seal of the person responsible for the design of an amusement ride.
