Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) Overview
The Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) helps employers in Newfoundland and Labrador recruit skilled international workers and graduates. The program that employers and prospective applicants are supported and connected with settlement resources in their communities.
Employers must be designated by Newfoundland and Labrador to participate in AIP. These employers can then endorse existing employees that are temporary residents or non-resident international applicants who are outside of Canada.
Newfoundland and Labrador has authority to administer the AIP through the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Immigration Agreement, which is available online.
