Funding for the EAS Program is provided by the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Labour Market Development Agreement.
The Employment Assistance Services (EAS) Support Measure helps organizations provide employment assistance to unemployed individuals. These services can be offered one-on-one or in groups. Key services include Self-Serve Employment Resource Centers, Needs Assessment, Employment Plan development, case management, employment counseling, and workshops on topics like job search, resume writing, and transitional employment support.
