The Department of Jobs, Growth and Rural Development provides a variety of services and supports to assist individuals in reaching their employment goals, as well as supporting employers with their recruitment, retention and skills development needs. In addition, the department delivers a range of employment and training programs and services, including those delivered provincially, as well as under the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Labour Market Development Agreement and the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Workforce Development Agreement.
