Community Partnership Program (Employment)

We work with community agencies to provide support and initiatives that help people prepare for, find, and keep jobs, as well as transition to new employment. 

Who Can Benefit? 

If you are part of a community agency that is: 

  • Incorporated in Newfoundland and Labrador, 
  • Working with groups like youth, women, people with disabilities, or older workers, 
  • Offering enhanced employment, career, and workplace services to boost labor force participation, then this program is for you! 

 What We Offer 

Community agencies can get funding to create and run programs and services that: 

  • Meet individual needs, 
  • Address labour market demands within our department’s mandate, 
  • Fill gaps in current services, 
  • Are cost-effective.
  • Our goal is to help individuals become more self-reliant by successfully connecting them to employment, education, or training.
