The Department of Environment, Climate Change and Municipalities is considering amending the Road to the Isles (Route 340) Protected Road Zoning Plan to rezone land east of Route 340 and north of Route 1 (Notre Dame Junction) from “Rural Conservation” to “Cottage” to accommodate a proposed cottage development on private land.
