Complete the Driver/Photo ID Application form and schedule an appointment to visit your nearest office to get a photo ID.
Motor Registration is responsible for issuing photo identification cards.
- The identification card is accepted for all purposes for which proof of identification is required under any act of this province (e.g. purchase of liquor, cigarettes, etc.)
- Canadian airlines are asking for photo identification from passengers. Always check with the airline to confirm which photo identification they will accept.
- The ID card is valid for a five year period.
