The Division plays a leading role in strengthening trust, accountability, and excellence in public procurement across the province. We work with public bodies to ensure that procurement is carried out with fairness, transparency, and value for money.
As the provincial authority for procurement compliance, we review and audit procurement practices to ensure they meet the highest standards and comply with the Public Procurement Act, Regulations, Policy, and other related legislation. Our audits help public bodies continuously improve their processes and achieve better outcomes for the people they serve.
Beyond our audit program, the Division proactively leads special investigations and reviews on procurement‑related matters. Through this work, we provide critical insights, strengthen public confidence, and support government’s commitment to responsible stewardship of public resources.
