Policy, Planning and Administration Division

The Division is responsible for implementing the Agency’s corporate and policy requirements as well as leading planning activities under the Transparency and Accountability Act. It also oversees the Agency’s information management program, ensuring compliance with the Management of Information Act and the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015.

Programs and corporate supports include:

  • Coordinating planning and accountability measures through the development of strategic plans and annual performance reports;
  • Responding to requests for information under the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015;
  • Administrating the provincial government corporate charge cards program;
  • Coordinating the transfer of surplus assets for departments through the Surplus Asset Warehouse in Pleasantville and auctioneering services for surplus assets;
  • Leading and supporting initiatives, including: business continuity planning, occupational health and safety, website maintenance and participation in interdepartmental committees and initiatives.
