The Honourable Tom Osborne, Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board, will be available to the media today (Thursday September 26) to discuss S&P and DBRS’ confirmation of Newfoundland and Labrador’s stable credit rating. The availability will take place at 3:00 p.m. in front of the House of Assembly, East Block, Confederation Building.
