Candidates in the Humber – Gros Morne by-election are reminded that the deadline for filing nomination papers is today at 2:00 p.m. (Tuesday, September 15).

Nomination papers, along with a $200 deposit, must be filed with either:

• the Returning Officer for the district (located at the Central Development Building, #2 Route 430 in Parsons Pond), or
• Elections Newfoundland and Labrador (39 Hallett Crescent in St. John’s).

All candidates must file nomination papers with Elections NL. If papers are not received in good order by 2:00 p.m., the candidate’s name will not appear on the ballot for election.
