The Honourable Brian Warr, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development, will join representatives of the Newfoundland and Labrador Foster Families Association on Monday, October 5, at 8:30 a.m. The event will be held at 90 O’Leary Avenue, Suite 211, St. John’s.
