The Provincial Government joins Newfoundlanders and Labradorians throughout the province in celebrating the many contributions of workers to the province’s society, culture, and economy this Labour Day.

Labour Day acknowledges workers are a driving force for social and economic progress, thanking them for achieving many of the worker protections and benefits all Canadians now enjoy.
