As part of the public consultation to inform the ongoing review of Newfoundland and Labrador’s workers’ compensation system, presentations made to the review committee are now available here.

The statutory review process is essential to maintaining a strong workers’ compensation system. The scope of work for the review aligns with the following themes: efficiencies in the review process; equity in the provision of benefits; and, financial sustainability.

Public consultations concluded in April 2021.

The committee is now working on finalizing its report for submission to the Honourable Bernard Davis, Minister Responsible for WorkplaceNL.
