The Honourable Bernard Davis, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, will join, Scott Simms, MP for Coast of Bays – Central – Notre Dame, to announce funding from the Low Carbon Economy Leadership Fund to support energy efficiency and emission reduction projects for the Towns of Gander, Grand Falls – Windsor and the Gander Airport Authority. The event will take place tomorrow (Tuesday, July 13) at 1:00 p.m. outside at the Gander Airport, 1000 James Boulevard, Gander.

The minister will be joined by the Honourable John Haggie, Minister of Health and Community Services, and MHA for Gander; Percy Farwell, Mayor of Gander, Barry Manuel, Mayor of Grand Falls – Windsor; and Reg Wright, President and CEO of the Gander Airport Authority.

Physical distancing and other public health guidelines will be in place.
