The Honourable Derek Bennett, Minister of Environment, Climate Change and Municipalities, has announced the following events relative to Part 10 Environmental Assessment of the Environmental Protection Act.
ENVIRONMENTAL PREVIEW REPORT GUIDELINES ISSUED:
Southwest Brook – Lewisporte Quarry (Reg. 2086)
Proponent: Terra Services Inc.
The minister has approved the final guidelines for the preparation of the Enviromental Preview Report (EPR) for the Southwest Brook-Lewisporte Quarry. The EPR guidelines identify the information that the proponent will be required to include in the EPR.
