The Honourable Tom Osborne, Minister of Education will participate in the official launch of a High School Film Symposium and Short Film Festival tomorrow (Wednesday, December 1). The minister will join Paul Pope, founder of Pope Productions and Dorian Rowe, Executive Director of the Newfoundland and Labrador Film Development Corporation.

The event will take place at 2:00 p.m. at Carbonear Collegiate, 95 Valley Road, Carbonear.
