The Honourable Andrew Furey, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will be present in St. John’s tomorrow (Tuesday, April 27) as a team of medical professionals from the province leave to provide support for Ontario as it deals with recent developments related to COVID-19.

Media are invited to attend and meet team members at 7:00 a.m. at Woodward Aviation, Hangar #5. The hangar is located off RCAF Road. Media planning to attend are asked to register by contacting Meghan McCabe (meghanmccabe@gov.nl.ca).

Please note that COVID-19 screening and public health protocols will be in place and all those in attendance will be required to wear a mask.
