The Honourable Andrew Furey, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will announce significant investments for social housing, including newly completed homes on Froude Avenue in St. John’s, tomorrow (Friday, May 28).

Premier Furey will be joined by the Honourable Ahmed Hussen, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development and Minister Responsible for Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), via live video stream, the Honourable Seamus O’Regan, Minister of Natural Resources and MP for St. John’s South-Mount Pearl, and the Honourable John Abbott, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development and Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation.

The announcement will take place at the Froude Avenue Community Centre, 89 Froude Ave, St. John’s, at 10:30 a.m.
