The Honourable Andrew Furey, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will join the Right Honourable Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada, for an announcement on electricity rate management today (Wednesday, July 28).

The event will take place in St. John’s at 12:30 p.m. in the lobby of East Block, Confederation Building. A technical briefing for media will be provided at 1:00 p.m. in the Media Centre of East Block.

The announcement will also be live streamed on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

Public health guidelines will be in place.
