The House of Assembly advises that the Member-elect for St. John’s East – Quidi Vidi will be sworn-in at a ceremony on Tuesday, May 18 at 9:30 a.m. in the House of Assembly Chamber. The ceremony will be streamed live via the House of Assembly website (www.assembly.nl.ca).

Media access will be permitted for the purpose of photography and videography to the Public Gallery, accessible via the entrance located on the 3rd floor, East Block, Confederation Building.

Media wishing to attend must pre-register no later than 8:30 a.m. tomorrow with Mark Jerrett (markjerrett@gov.nl.ca), and must be in position in the Public Gallery no later than 9:15 a.m.

Physical distancing and public health guidelines will be in place.
