The House of Assembly advises that media will be permitted access to the Public Gallery for photography and videography purposes for Budget Speech 2021 on Monday, May 31. The Press Gallery will also be open for those media who wish to observe proceedings only.

An audio/visual feed will be available in the Press Gallery and the Press Room, and proceedings will be streamed live on the House of Assembly website (www.assembly.nl.ca).

The Public Gallery is accessible via the entrance located on the 3rd floor, East Block, Confederation Building. Media entering the Public Gallery must be in position by no later than 1:45 p.m. on Monday (or immediately following the conclusion of the budget lock-in for those attending). Once in position, movement around the Gallery and re-entry will not be permitted.

Media wishing to access the Public Gallery must pre-register no later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 31 with Mark Jerrett (markjerrett@gov.nl.ca).
