The House of Assembly advises that in accordance with the 2021 parliamentary calendar, the House will reconvene for the fall sitting on Monday, October 18 at 1:30 p.m. House proceedings (including closed captioning) will be available via the House of Assembly broadcast channel and House of Assembly website at www.assembly.nl.ca/HouseBusiness/Webcast/live_video_audio.aspx.

Provided that public health circumstances remain the same, the House of Assembly visitor galleries are scheduled to open on Monday, October 25. The following protocols will be in effect for all visitors entering the galleries (including Government of Newfoundland and Labrador employees):

• Proof of vaccination requirements will be implemented for entry to the galleries (not for entry to Confederation Building Complex).
• Physical distancing and other public health guidelines will be in place. Masks must be worn at all times.
• Seating will be limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

Visitors to the House of Assembly galleries are encouraged to allow for extra time on arrival due to COVID-19 and security screening protocols.
