Anne Chafe, CEO The Rooms Corporation, was joined by John Perlin, inaugural donor, to announce the establishment of a Rooms-wide Collections Acquisitions, Display and Care Fund. This new fund will better enable the Province to acquire collections as they become available and to preserve them for future generations.

A dedicated fund gives The Rooms the ability to act quickly when the opportunity arises to acquire significant artworks, artifacts and archival documents – securing these items for the benefit of the people of the Province.

On May 3, The Rooms hosted its first Donor Loyal Tea, launching a new annual donor appreciation event. This year’s event recognized John Perlin, and the many ways in which he and the Perlin family have contributed to The Rooms.
