The decking repairs to the Appleton Trestle in the T’Railway Provincial Park are now complete and the trestle has opened to the public. Butt’s Pond Trestle is now closed while it is undergoing decking repairs and will reopen on September 2.

Users are advised to make alternate arrangements when travelling through this region. The repair is part of a trestle decking partnership between the Parks Division of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation and the Newfoundland T’Railway Council.
