The Honourable John Abbott, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development and Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, will announce funding for investments in community-based projects to support housing solutions for vulnerable populations, tomorrow (Wednesday, February 16).

Minister Abbott will be joined by the Honourable Lisa Dempster, Minister Responsible for Labrador Affairs and Minister Responsible for Indigenous Affairs and Reconciliation, and Yvonne Jones, Member of Parliament for Labrador, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Natural Resources and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Northern Affairs.

The announcement will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion, 172 Hamilton River Rd. Happy Valley-Goose Bay at 2:30 p.m.

NLVaxPass requirements will be in place for attendees. This event is by invitation only as we are adhering to public health guidelines.
