Service to all phone lines for Income Support offices that were disrupted due to a service provider outage, have been restored.

To access Income Support services, clients are requested to call toll-free at 1-877-729-7888 (Eastern), 1-888-632-4555 (Central) or 1-866-417-4753 (Western/Labrador).

The department apologizes for any inconvenience the outage might have caused.
