The Honourable Andrew Furey, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will address delegates to the 2022 Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador Conference tomorrow (Friday, November 4) at 9:45 a.m. at the Arts and Culture Centre Theatre, 155 Airport Boulevard, Gander.
The Honourable Krista Lynn Howell, Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, is also attending the conference with the following schedule:
- Bringing greetings at the opening ceremonies this evening (Thursday, November 3) at 7:30 p.m. at the Gander International Airport, 1000 James Boulveard;
- Addressing delegates at the Appreciation Banquet, Friday, November 4 at 6:30 p.m., Quality Inn and Suites, 100 Trans-Canada Highway, Gander; and,
- Address the Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador Annual General Meeting, Saturday, November 5 at approximately 8:30 a.m., Arts and Culture Centre Theatre, 155 Airport Boulevard, Gander.
The Honourable Elvis Loveless, Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure; the Honourable Lisa Dempster, Minister Responsible for Indigenous Affairs and Reconciliation and Minister Responsible for Labrador Affairs; and the Honourable Derrick Bragg, Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture are also attending the conference.
