The Honourable Tom Osborne, Minister of Health and Community Services, will speak at the Registered Nurses’ Union of Newfoundland and Labrador’s 28th Biennial Convention tomorrow (Tuesday, October 25).

The event begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland, 115 Cavendish Square, St. John’s.
